SOCIOL 155B - ORGANIZATIONS & MANAGEMENT
Analysis of financial, political and social consequences of business decisions made by financial institutions. How managers and corporations assess, envision and manage interactions with general, local, internal and natural environments within the current organizational structures of business, with focus on ethical perspectives. Examples and case studies of current decisions made by financial institutions will enhance critical thinking and reasoning to evaluate the process and consequences of these decisions.
